Shelf Life

The product can be stored in a cool place at 20 to 30°C. Silicone Emulsion being a water-based compound has a shelf life of 60-90 days. After that, there may be a slight algae smell. Using distilled water prevents contamination, and adding 1% hydrogen peroxide solution to the emulsion will eliminate the smell without affecting its performance or properties.

Safety

The material is non-flammable, non-toxic, and inert. No skin irritation is observed, as the product is in regular use for over 40 years. In case of contact with the eyes, temporary irritation may occur, but flushing the eyes with water will alleviate the discomfort.
